1 cup (twig shaped) bran cereal
plus a little extra for topping
2 cups granola cluster cereal with nuts, crushed in a plastic
bag, plus a little extra for topping

Follow chocolate chip package directions for melting chocolate. Stir until chips are thoroughly melted. Place melted chocolate in a large bowl and add bran cereal: gently stir until completely covered in chocolate. Add crushed granola clusters and stir until completely covered in chocolate.
Turn candy onto wax paper and spread to 1/2-inch thick with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle extra cereal on top of candy. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Use the back of a clean spoon to lightly press sprinkles into chocolate. Allow candy to cool and harden.
Break candy into small pieces and package as desired.
