The taste of Christmas! Great for left-over peppermints, too!
- 1 lb mini-marshmallows
- 1 pt whipping cream, whipped
- 12 candy canes, crushed
- 1 lb vanilla wafers
Line a glass pie plate, or other container with 1/2 of the vanilla wafers. In a large bowl, combine marshmallows, whipped cream, and crushed candy canes. Spread half of the layer atop the vanilla wafers. Cover with rest of the vanilla wafers. Spread rest of marshmallow mixture. Place in refrigerator for 4 hours, or until cold.
Use any pan you have...simply layer vanilla wafers with marshmallow mixture as many times as your pan will allow; always with the marshmallow mixture. Garnish with crushed candy canes just before serving.
