Very Pink! Very tasty!
- 1 (3oz) package strawberry gelatin
- 1 (15 or 20oz) can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup water
- 12oz small curd cottage cheese
- 8oz carton whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
In a large saucepan, boil together strawberry gelatin, pineapple and water to a boil. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate overnight until firm. In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese and whipped topping. Add chilled gelatin mixture; blend thoroughly. Chill until set. Serve ice cold.
