So easy...thanks to the slow cooker!
1 beef brisket, about 3-4 lbs
1 1oz packet dry onion soup mix
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
garlic salt, to taste
1 8oz can sliced mushrooms, undrained
Place meat into cold slow cooker. Sprinkle with soup mix, salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Top with sliced mushrooms. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hrs. Let meat rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Serves: 8-10
