1 9oz package frozen green beans or wax beans
2 tblspns butter
1 tbspn water
1/2 tsp salt
pinch of black pepper
1/2 tspn curry powder
1/2 cup sour cream
In a heavy saucepan with a lid, combine beans, butter, water, salt, and pepper. Cover and heat until steamy; reduce heat and cook until beans are tender--aprox 10-15 minutes. Drain, reserving liquid. Stir curry powder into reserved liquid then blend slowly into sour cream. Fold sour cream mixture into beans.
Serves: 3-4
