Easy, delicious, good for everybody!
For each serving, peel 1 or 2 ripe bananas and place on a double thickness of heavy aluminum foil. Brush each banana with lemon juice and sprinkle with brown sugar, then dot with butter or margarine. Wrap foil securely. Lay wrapped bananas about 3-inches above the fire, barbequing for 15-18 minutes, turning often. Serve with jelly and/or toasted nuts.
