Almost a meal in itself
1 10 oz can condensed cream of celery soup
2 tbspns sweet pickle relish
2 tblspns apple cider vinegar
1 tbspn onion, finely chopped
3 cups potatoes, diced, cooked, and peeled
8 oz frankfurters, sliced into 1 inch pieces
In a large skillet, combine soup, milk, relish, vinegar, and onion. Add a dash of salt and pepper. Cook until boiling, stirring constantly. Stir in potatoes and frankfurters. Heat through. Serve with parsely atop, if desired.
